Wireless Network Optimization Engineer (RF) – Rio de Janeiro
Requisitos:
Responsibilities:
1. Mainly responsible for 2G/3G/4G/5G network, including Coverage Improvement, Parameter Adjustment and KPI Optimization,etc.
2. Configure RF scripts including Baseline,Neighbor,Feature parameters.
3. Make mobility strategy including Intra-RAT and Inter-RAT.
4. Analysis DT Log and output related report or proposal.
Qualification:
1. Be responsible for work, willing to learn new knowledge and handle problems.
2. Have experience in RF optimization,have knowledge of wireless network technology,signaling analysis and parameter configurations.
3. Know some operations of Element Management System from vendor side and Drive Test software such as NEMO/TEMS.
4. Be capable of communicating with Portuguese and English.
