With a strong technological foundation, we specialize in Strategic Marketing Consulting, Big Data, and disruptive technologies such as web 3.0. Key Responsibilities: Develop management processes and mechanisms for client work Improve customer satisfaction Maintain and manage the posting of information on different social media Be familiar with the functions of the company's products and be able to answer customers' questions For customers' problems, internal communication can be promoted to get solutions Regularly summarize customer problems and feedback them to product and operation colleagues Manage freelancers and do a good job of customer service training Profile Characteristics: Formal education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related. (Required). Language: Advanced in English (Required). 3+ years of experience in the field. (Required) Candidates are expected to have strong learning ability and awareness of customer service If you have basic knowledge of Web3, it is preferred (Required)
