Technical Writer + Service Now (mandatory)

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and experience in ServiceNow Platform.
2. Experience using various tools and essential software.
3. Experience in technical writing and documentation standards.
4. Experience in development life cycle, data models, and databases.
5. Experience in project management.
