Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical support and assistance to external and internal customers.
- Assist senior colleagues on execution of hands-on equipment maintenance.
- Document the technical knowledge of all supported cases according to the company quality assurance policies.
- Contribute to the continuous routine improvement.
- Work according to the company HSSE rules.
- Contribute to develop internal training material.
- Consolidate technical support cases overview.
- Handle tools and special devices.
