What You Will Do: Recruitment Expertise : Utilize your advanced skills to source, recruit, and place top tech professionals, ensuring a perfect alignment with client needs. Business Development Champion : Proactively generate leads for new business, partnering with our most senior team members to expand client relationships, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to uncover new opportunities. Client Engagement : Immerse yourself in client cultures, attending meetings with our senior team members to better understand their unique visions, missions, and technical needs. Skills & Experience Toolbox: Tech Recruiting Expertise : Minimum of 4 years in tech recruiting, with a strong preference for agency experience. Proven Business Development Skills : Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic and creative lead generation. Educational Foundation : A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education and training. Soft Skills : Exceptional customer focus, keen attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and excellent written and spoken English skills.
