Job Purpose
Responsible for planning, scheduling and controlling the needs of maintenance and/or manufacturing projects to ensure that resources are made available on the dates required to meet the deadlines agreed with the client, guaranteeing that the established indices are met, as well as the defined Forecast.
Job Description
- Create, monitor, facilitate, and execute engineering plans from cradle to grave as assigned.
- Works with management to implement and support global policies, regional policies, and best practices for Engineering Project Planning and Project Management/Project Coordination in support of successful execution of projects and True North Industrialization.
- Prepares/consolidates reports including consolidated E-Milestones, schedule analyses, project controls, and resource planning as required.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for project coordination and Engineering scheduling.
- Continuously monitors performance to forecast and implement any necessary changes to the Engineering project plans with visual management tools (Obeya, Digital Visual Management, Engineering Brick Wall, etc.)
- Leads and facilitates the continuous improvement of the processes and methods to increase scheduling and execution efficiency and performance w.r.t standards.
You are meant for this job if:
- Degree in Business, Engineering or related areas
- Thorough understanding and experience in Project delivery processes and principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 'Planning and Monitoring' of projects iEPCI/EPCI/EPC/FEED/…
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Lean - basic Lean practices with a desire to learn more
- Portuguese fluent
- English advanced
