Job Profile Summary
- Lead the Sales Effectiveness team to drive sales excellence and improve sales results across Accenture - both profitable sales growth (pipeline, win rate, CCI) as well as sales cost efficiency (Business Development/BD spend). Define and oversee company-wide sales enablement and initiative programs that continuously improve processes, tools, practices, metrics - to drive behaviors which will lead to improved sales performance.
