About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Alliances Solutions Engineer with a focus on Tech Solutions and Payments Ecosystem to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships ensuring successful integrations with the VTEX platform to service our clients. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, highly analytical, and able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

The Alliances Solutions Engineer is an ecommerce expert in charge of projects and will lead the team to help partners achieve their results. They investigate the platform's technical scenarios to address partners' business and technical questions. They are responsible for overseeing integration projects from kickoff to launch, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional commerce experiences while managing timelines and expectations.

About the Team

The Core Alliances team is focused on developing and growing our ecosystem technically and on volume, and on discovering the different kinds of businesses involved in our clients' ecommerce needs. The team creates, plans, and implements transformative digital projects together with the Core Partners, using VTEX's solutions and products, always thinking about how to help our ecosystem grow and gain a competitive advantage for our customer base.

Who you are

• You have experience in developing working relationships across all levels of management, internally and externally;
• You have experience in pre-selling or selling ecommerce solutions and technical knowledge for platform and integration models via API;
• You have deep knowledge of technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, React, GraphQL, Tycons;
• You can work multi-functionally with colleagues and managers, internally and externally;
• You can translate complexity into action plans and communications;
• You translate the customers' needs into business and architectural solutions;
• You have a tech & math mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems;
• You have advanced English knowledge (preferred).

Job Requirements

• Experienced in solving business problems and quickly picking up new tools or skills;
• Design solutions that are simple, elegant, and scalable;
• Deliver projects on time, with expected GMV results and within budget;
• Build trust with the partners to become a trusted advisor (eliminate/reduce escalation process);
• Strong interest in a multicultural environment;
• Ability of interpersonal communication;
• Ability to work multi-functionally with colleagues and managers, internally and externally;
• Ability to translate complexity into action plans and communications;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Strong ability to organize tasks and time;
