Role: Solutions Architect Experience in the role: 5+ years of experience English Level Required: B2 - C1 Working Hours: EST Location: Remote from LATAM Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Anaplan COE team, responsible for enhancing and supporting our Anaplan Connected Models. As a key member of the ERP Systems Team, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop new use cases, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the maintenance and development of new use cases for Anaplan modeling across the company, including Incentive Compensation Management, Workforce Planning, Financial Planning, Forecasting, and DataHub. Work directly with ERP Systems Manager, Anaplan solution architects, and key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Participate in SCRUM meetings as required and provide input on product development, suggesting ways to develop future features. Monitor data flows to and from internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity, acting as a liaison for distributing and collecting data. Build strong business and stakeholder relationships to understand and meet business needs in a fast-paced work environment. Follow Anaplan's best practices for model build and case management. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience with Anaplan modeling. Experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis, functional design, documentation, problem resolution, and release management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level I and Level II) is highly desirable. Experience with UI/UX and ICM modeling is desirable.
