We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. Job Description We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for creating a comprehensive design system from scratch for our suite of legal tech products. This role requires a visionary designer who can lead the charge in establishing a cohesive and scalable design framework that will be integral to our user interface and user experience strategy. Key Responsibilities Design System Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive design system from the ground up, including UI components, style guides, and interaction patterns that ensure consistency across all products. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors, and translate findings into actionable design improvements. Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on these prototypes based on feedback. UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Ensure that designs are user-centered and align with business goals. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and effectively. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the design process and product usability. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience in building design systems from scratch. Prototyping: Proven experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Ability to create interactive and high-fidelity prototypes. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software and tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and other relevant design and prototyping tools. User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and team members. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, including examples of design systems and prototypes. Why Join Us?
