Coordinate processes and draft documents to render immigration services (Inbound and Outbound) working on all phases of clients’ allocation cycle.The Consultant must not only offer better alternatives during the pre-allocation stage, but also closely monitor the clients’ transfer and repatriation phases according to the policy and global customer allocation programs, always maintaining high levels of customer service.

**ACTIVITIES**:

- Give solid advice regarding immigration questions, analyzing clients’ situations and providing a fresh perspective with the most suitable solutions for each case, also interacting with local authorities, consulates and vendors when needed.
- Coordinate processes and draft documents to render immigration services (Inbound and Outbound) working on all phases of clients’ allocation cycle (from planning to local registration in the destination country), including new requests, extensions, cancellations and tracking of documents expiration.
- Work with financial department to complete billing procedures and transfer of customer expenses.
- Be a team player to share expertise and work on peers’ training.
- Work on daily update of company’s internal system and files.
- Carry out qualified customer service by offering the services provided by the company in order to increase the customer portfolio and maximize profits for the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proven experience as an immigration consultant
- Experience in immigration projects management (following clients’ needs and deadlines)
- Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Analytical and creative
- A great listener with ability to communicate with people of different cultures and nationalities

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in Law or International Relations; Further qualifications in a specialized field will be a plus
- Fluent English
- Spanish (recommended)
