Partner with the best

As a HR Shared Services – Subject Matter Specialist, you will be working within the HR Shared Service Center NAM Team. Your responsibility involves providing support to HR related request such as general policy queries and related employee life cycle actions.

As an HR Shared Services - Subject Matter Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies, standard operating procedures and administer day-to-day HR related transactions

  • Acting as a PMO of country/sub-region projects (medium and high complexity). Coach specialists on projects of low complexity

  • Partaking on projects as SME of the country/sub-region in all phases of the project (design, UAT, implementation and stabilization).

  • Ensuring compliance to requirements of regions, countries, and delivery centre

  • Providing excellent customer service support on HR related activities. Ensure consistent and reliable service for customers.

  • Assisting specialists in completing requests due to backlog/high volume

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s from an accredited academic institution in related area with at least 2 years' of relevant work experience)

  • Have experience in HR areas such as but not limited to: Operations, Customer Service, Team leader, etc.

  • Have good knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, Workday systems and other essential tools

  • Be a champion of customer care, committed to maintaining the highest standards of service quality

  • Have good proficiency in English; both written and oral.
