Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending September 2022 totaled $12.1 billion. Technical Skills: Salesforce Developer Role and Responsibilities: 1. Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Communities. 2. Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc. 3. Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts. 4. Build integrations between Salesforce and other Eaton applications across on premise and cloud using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On. 5. Experience on VS code, GIT, Opsera etc. 6. Experience on Salesforce Sales, Service cloud 7. Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins and ANT 8. Participate in meetings, analyze assign user stories/requirements, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements 9. Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code. 10. Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve maximum test coverage 11. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues/defects which may be reported across various test cycles 12. Write technical approach and design documentation as required (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
