Responsibilities:

The Roll-out Manager is the key interface to the customer and subcontractor about the delivery progress project, in cooperation with and reports to the Project Manager.

1. Create, maintain, and control the roll-out plan, ensure the activities meet the customer’s requirement (scope, milestones, quality), including site survey, installation, commissioning, cut-over, acceptance (PAC & FAC), maintenance, etc.
2. Maintain relationships with regional customers and report the progress periodically via regular meetings ;
3. Liaise with the Project Manager and report/escalate key issues during deployment;
4. Prepare and maintain the resources, including own personnel, subcontractors, and tools;
5. Monitor, track, and control the deliveries, and solve potential issues;
6. Monitor the performance of field teams, including subcontractor teams, and provide feedback on the evaluation to the resource owner and outsourcing manager;
7. Prepare the as-built documents of equipment/services, and get the acceptance from the customer;

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree and above, major in telecommunication, electronics, or computer science.
• 3+ years experience in engineering project deployment and management, experience in telecommunication projects is a must ;
• General knowledge of telecommunication networks (wireless network, microwave, bearer network, etc. );
• Responsible and proactive, excellent communication skills, and good team player;
• Proficient in English, as a working language;
• Knowledge of project management and a holder of a PMP certificate would be preferred.
