Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Engineer specializing in precommissioning, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the precommissioning activities of pipeline systems to ensure they are ready for operational use. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing tasks such as cleaning, pressure testing, and monitoring of pipeline integrity. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop precommissioning procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a thorough understanding of pipeline systems and precommissioning techniques, are essential. You will play a crucial role in ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all phases of project planning and execution.
Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
Responsible for day to day contact and communication with client counterparts.
Possesses a detailed knowledge of the industry.
Develops cross discipline skills, people development skills, and business management skills as part of developmental process to become responsible for a larger project.
Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders.
May serve as a proposal manager.
Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center&aposs viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.
Qualifications:
Completion on an undergraduate degree in an Engineering discipline required
Solid experience in Pipeline and Process Services
Experience in Operations and Business Development and management experience.
