JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You contribute to the implementation of talent and development related processes, policies and systems, in line with company’s needs and expertise industry standards.
- You monitor Talent related processes and systems, using data reporting, and driving continuous improvement and change to meet strategic goals.
- You advise and coach Local HRBPs to ensure the identification and nurturing of talents to meet current and future business needs.
- You contribute to the definition and implementation of the learning plan, for your remit, in line with Business needs and priorities.
- You interface with various stakeholders among the HR community, the Business and external network for your remit, being the catalyst that embeds a talent & development culture, in line with Company’s objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in HR, including talent management and learning.
- Understanding of business processes and performance monitoring.
- Desirable experience in industry or offshore companies, with a focus on public operations.
Good experience with Microsoft Office.
