A great opportunity for an Payment Processing - Support Agent to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.
Requirements
- Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures
- Completes assigned tasks
- Receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures
- Perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time.
- Works under close supervision
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient in computer applications especially MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Must be able to communicate and write in English
- Able to work in shifting schedule and public holidays
Work Schedule
- Shifting schedule varies for 24 hours / 7 days a week operations coverage, up to 44 hours per week
