The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be responsible for the mechanical discipline's maintenance portfolio for the allocated installations (planning, facilitation and improvement).
  • Plan and follow-up the maintenance portfolio in own discipline, including optimal bundling of jobs.
  • Ensure requisitioning and follow-up material deliveries for maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the operational plan and responsible for quality in input to the WO plan from their own discipline, including coordinating across disciplines, with other units and external suppliers.
  • Ensure close cooperation with the discipline(s) lead(s) working offshore.
  • Be responsible for contributing to their own competence development.
  • Be responsible for continuously developing common best practices, learning inside organization, implementing improvements and utilization of digital tools.
  • Help involve other units and suppliers for assessment of new repair methods and solutions corrective maintenance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with active CREA.
  • Multidisciplinary knowledge and experience.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Experience with static and rotating equipment (valves, piping, pumps, compressors, HVAC, diesel engine).
  • Strong computer and software skills (SAP, Excel, Power Point, Power BI).
  • Effective communication ability and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a planned and organized way.
  • Availability for travel, including offshore.
  • Contribute actively to a good learning culture and experience sharing.
  • Strong ability to drive improvement processes involving various stakeholders in a matrix organization.
