**Please share your updated resume in English** Job Description As an MFT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our MFT systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient file transfers across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues, perform installations, configurations, and maintain our MFT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and manage MFT systems such as Axway, Globalscape, and jscape. Provide 2nd level support for MFT technologies, addressing and resolving issues promptly. Monitor MFT systems to ensure high availability and performance. Support applications on Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems. Work with Azure Cloud Platform and Azure Data Factory for data transfer and integration tasks. Develop and maintain scripts using Windows PowerShell and Unix scripting (bash) to automate tasks and processes. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of MFT systems. Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to MFT systems. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the IT industry. 2+ years of experience supporting an MFT technology such as Axway, Globalscape, or jscape. Expert-level understanding of installing, configuring, and managing MFT systems. Experienced with Linux and Windows operating systems. Good experience supporting applications on Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems. Working understanding of Azure Cloud Platform and Azure Data Factory. Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python. Good experience with Windows PowerShell and Unix scripting (bash). Preferred Qualifications: Azure Fundamentals certification. MFT administration certification.
