Job Description

NOV SPS Brazil is looking for a Professional to work as Maintenance Supervisor in our factory in Açu. This professional will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team to guarantee the availability and smooth running of production machines. Responsible for plant maintenance management.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the availability and efficiency of machinery in manufacturing processes.
2. Lead technical teams in maintenance, installation, and continuous improvement activities.
3. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
5. Monitor performance indicators.
6. Coordinate projects, budgeting, procurement, and strategic partnerships.
7. Develop the team through training and development plans.
8. Focus on operational excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related areas.
2. Specialization in Production Management, Operations Research, Project Management, People Management, or related fields.
3. Advanced English skills.
4. Solid experience in the industrial sector in related activities.
5. Desirable knowledge in Technical and Regulatory Standards, as well as Electrical and Automation Systems.
6. Desirable advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
