Opportunity

Are you our new Key Account Executive?

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute sales territory plan to achieve sales targets and develop new business streams.
2. Plan and execute sales territory plan of customer wallet.
3. Plan and/or attend networking and corporate events.
4. Provide after-sale support for customer wallet.
5. Assist with client training bookings.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with accreditation bodies.
7. Contribute to social networking and tendering strategy.
8. Assist wider commercial team when required.
9. Support marketing campaigns when required.
10. Maintain a high corporate image at all times.
11. Travel as required to meet customers.
12. Perform any other sales activity as required.

Measurement/success criteria of the position

1. Yearly sales figures as per forecast for customer wallet.
2. Execution of territory plan.
3. Commercial customer feedback.

Collaboration and support

1. Communicate and work with other departments.
2. Maintain a close relationship with the Operations Department to ensure sales delivery.
3. Maintain a close relationship with the Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and payments.

We are looking for

1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
2. Preferably strong knowledge of CRM systems.
3. Preferably 3 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales or training operations.
4. Preferably proficiency in both written and verbal English.
5. Graduation level, preferably in administration, commercial, or finance discipline.
6. Self-driven, service-minded, ambitious, and organized.
