Junior Accounting Analyst – Rio de Janeiro

The Junior Accounting Analyst will be responsible for supporting accounting and related activities for companies operating in the Oil and Gas sector. This professional will work on preparing accounting data, preparing reports and supporting audits, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

Responsabilities:

• Assist in financial statements and accounting reports.
• Assist in monthly accounting reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Perform accounting and financial reconciliations.
• Organize and classify accounting documents, such as invoices, receipts and vouchers.
• Assist in the accounting closing, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Prepare documents and information necessary for internal and external audits.
• Monitor and record the movement of fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

Requeriments:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related areas.
• Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Skills with accounting and ERP software and advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
• Languages: Native Portuguese: Native and Advanced English.
• Professional Registration: Active CRC.
• Availability to travel.
