Requisitos:
Airswift is seeking an Jr. Accounting Analyst to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounting for accounts payable and receivable
- Organization of monthly archive of accounts payable and receivable documents
- Analysis of balance sheet, general ledger and other monthly package docs
- Analysis and approval of the payment request, including employee’s reimbursement requests
- Withholding corporate taxes review
- Control and review of assets, including Company Fixed Assets, and Joint Assets from Consortia
- Analysis of the documentation forwarded by the Client and issue Secondee Debit notes, control of expenses and reimbursement of secondees
- Provide monthly projects documentation to the local and headquarter financial reporting
- Support to the annual audit to issue Financial Statements and the Secondee At Cost Certificate
- Involvement in ECD, support to ECF Tax review
- Any other tasks arranged by the F&P manager temporarily
- Support in Company ERP planning
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Accounting degree, with education or training in tax is an advantage.
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of CPC / IFRS / BRGAAP
- Desirable experience with MXM ERP system
- Great Excel skills
- CRC active
- Previous experience from E&P company is an advantage.
