**HSE MANAGER**

**Job description**:

- Manage the HSE management system of a large EPCI project with a strong interface with the client, suppliers, subcontractors, legal authorities and TFMC stakeholders.
- Manage all HSE activities covering the project life cycle through an HSE plan: Qualification and monitoring of suppliers, client requirements, mobilization of assets (vessels, logistics base, etc.) and project execution phases.
- Manage the HSE team, regarding the performance of activities, in order to enable it to fully develop its duties; Monitor and evaluate the performance of his team, providing feedback and intervening whenever necessary in search of improvement and excellence in performance/results.
- Location: Eco Sapucaí, Cidade Nova, Rio de Janeiro

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Post-graduate degree in work safety
- Post-graduate degree in environment desirable
- Experience in EPCI projects
- Experience in offshore
- Knowledge in projects with Petrobras desirable
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 standards
- Experience in audits
- Knowledge of HSE processes;
- Desirable knowledge of the TOP SET methodology;
- Desirable experience in Database / HSE data management tool (Non-conformities, Incidents, Proactive and Reactive Indicators);
- Experience in engineering works contracts
- Experience with Implementation, development and maintenance of Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Management Systems of multiple disciplines in works of construction of process units and with courses in the OHSAS 18001, NBR ISO 14001 standards.
- Advanced English.
