HR Shared Services Specialist – Rio de Janeiro

Our team is responsible for providing support on HR lifecycle and benefits
Administration for our employees in LATAM. We foster a culture focused on employee
Experience excellence and continuous process improvement by providing Best in
Class support and advise on simple and complex questions/requests from employees,
Leaders and/or HR partners.

As a HR Shared Services Specialist, you will work within Global Delivery Center
Team and will be reporting to the HR Global Center Lead. You will partner not only

- Cultural team but with other functions such as Total Rewards,
Onboarding, Payroll or HR Partners across LATAM.
AS A HR SHARED SERVICES SPECIALIST, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Administer across LATAM the HR lifecycle processes and/or ensure the correct
Delivery of the employees benefits meeting within the deadlines.
Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements,
Tandardization and simplification within assigned areas.
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure
Compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements and employee
Experience.
Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal
Kills and proactive communication.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Being a student from an accredited university or college OR Have a Bachelors
Degree.
Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
Have proficiency in English and Portuguese
Have a client focus mindset.
Have passion in using new technologies in a professional environment.
Have experience using systems and tools such as Microsoft office package, Workday,
Ticketing systems, Signature administrator systems.
