Requisitos:

- Work closely to the TD to perform all the talent acquisition process steps, from aligning the demand with the TD and/or manager of the position, posting, searching talents and salary negotiations, until the onboarding of the new employee. The processes must be aligned with the global and local policies.- Perform the annual recruitment Campaign.
- Prepare the paper works related to the Request Position Form to be sent to HQ for permanent positions approval.
- Responsible for the paper works and flow of approvals related to internal mobilization and recruitment process.
- Conduct newcomer’s induction

Relationship with Universities
- Act as HR representative to stimulate interface and create a positive relation with relevant formal education institutions to be able to deploy Corporate Programs (TPA, Scholarship Program, etc) as well as create a bridge for young and talented people to reach our company in distinct ways.
- Governance- Elaborate reports, control and update data and define KPIs related to the activities within the scope.

HSE- Respect HSE policies and TotalEnergies EP Brasil’s code of ethics and conduct.
- Keep up-to-date medical exams as outlined in the PCMSO.
- Participate in HSE trainings and lectures.
- Collaborate in 5S maintenance of the office and selective collection of waste.
- Communicate to the HSE all situations of risk, accidents and near accidents in the company.
- Evaluate, along with HSE, the HSE requirements in Job Descriptions.
- Be aligned with the company values.
- Agile, proactive, and self-driven professional.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organization and priority senses, being able to keep track of different activities
- Ability to deal with a multi-cultural, as well as fast changing environment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry Recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA, Post-Graduation or Specialization equivalent degree.
- Portuguese and Advanced English are mandatory.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
