Key outcomes Be a key part of the local leadership team and contribute to the overall success of Borzo in the country, going beyond the key responsibilities of his job and duties; Oversee and drive all Supply related initiatives including drivers recruiting schemes, retention, activation and ensuring that the ultimate goal is being fulfilled: making sure supply is never an issue for Borzo’s growth in a cost efficient manner Drive operational excellence and constant improvement of processes, KPIs and people within the organization building efficient and transparent processes in acquisition, retention and control of couriers Own profitability metrics and KPIs related to operations Work in partnership with marketing team to develop actions to improve supply offer Ensure the full product suite (on demand, taxi mode, committed slots) is available to the Sales department on par from both an operational and commercial perspective Attract, grow and retain talent within the Operational department (Build robust team to support challenges) and also with suppliers - provide sufficient supply for delivery business and sufficient supply for large business Implement and help share operational best practices to other countries and HQ. Bring up insights from the market to global strategy and implement global operational strategy in Brazil Supply offer planning: validate the implementation of new customers and define actions with deadlines so that regions with less capacity are ready. Desired Experience 5+ years of management experience (10+ people) Degree in Business and relevant (complementary specializations in logistics and delivery management) will be an advantage Proven experience in building processes in high-transactional business in logistics / food delivery / e-commerce delivery / uber-like economy / last-mile delivery / aggregator / same day delivery / pick up and drop service Fluent English spoken and written Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, familiarity with analytical tools Tableau, BI Familiarity with customer support processes We offer Leadership role and prove ability to build operational department PJ Contract Market compatible wage Monthly credits for using our platform Gift card on commemorative dates PJ Contract
