Job Description

As a graduate at Equinor, you’ll be joining 21,000 colleagues delivering oil, gas, wind, and solar power to 170 million people worldwide. The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas or locations.

The position

Finance & Control is the driving force behind performance and the creation of greater value in Equinor. You’ll be part of the team that ensures financing and are responsible for financial information both internally and externally.

We provide professional support and advice towards business units and corporate executive management, represent Equinor in the financial markets and are responsible for interactions towards equity analysts and investors. F&C is also responsible for tax, risk management and investor relations.

When joining our team in Finance & Control: Accounting, reporting and compliance you will have the opportunity to work within:

  • Accounting.
  • Joint venture accounting.
  • License administration.
  • Financial compliance.
  • We are looking for graduates suited to meeting increased demand for digital competence. Candidates with specializations or experience within computer science, data analytics and digitalization are encouraged to apply.

  • Bachelor degree, Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within ​Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines​.
  • Completed degree within year of starting (2024).
  • No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience.
  • Formal experience is not a requirement.
  • Advanced in English.
  • Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.
  • Eligibility to have CREA for engineering educations by August 2024.
