We are seeking a Manager with a strategic vision and a proven track record in the consulting industry to lead this venture. This pivotal role will involve laying the foundation for our operations and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.

Your Role: As a Manager in our Rio de Janeiro operation, you will be instrumental in building our brand in this new market.

  • Strategically establishing and scaling Amaris Consulting's local presence.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify business opportunities and client needs.
  • Leading sales initiatives, including client prospecting and fostering enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Crafting and executing a business development plan that aligns with our global objectives.
  • Serving as an ambassador for Amaris Consulting at industry events, enhancing our community engagement and brand recognition.
  • Ensuring adherence to local business regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience with B2B sales in Rio de Janeiro.
  • A solid background in the consulting industry, with a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both Portuguese and English.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly regarded.
  • Based in Rio de Janeiro.
  • Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
