Job Discription According to the business needs of the project, assign system tasks to overseas service stations, monitor and manage the service stations to complete after-sales product debugging, maintenance, and other tasks according to the process; Through mastering product theory and practical skills, provide technical guidance to service stations to improve their technical capabilities; Responsible for coordinating human, technical, and other resources to implement the batch rectification tasks issued by the company; Responsible for supervising and guiding the service station's reporting work to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of its reporting; Responsible for the collection and arrangement of customer files on the product market side; Responsible for handling emergency events on the product market side and collecting competitive product information. Job Requirement Full-time undergraduate degree or above/chemical/environmental/energy-related engineering majors; Familiar with local after-sales service standards in new energy vehicle industry; local safety operation specifications, recycling-related standards and regulations in energy storage industry; Have fluent English communication ability, customer business negotiation ability, contract writing ability, and market research ability; Worked in a company related to the energy or automotive industry, with experience in customer service Good at English and Spanish.
