Executive Project Manager (Radio Access Network) – Rio de Janeiro

Responsibilities:

The EPM is responsible for the overall management of the projects during the engineering delivery phase, including liaising with customers, coordinating and supervising team members, and overseeing project implementation (strategy, progress, cost, quality, performance, etc.).

• Maintain relationships with customers and report to customers periodically ;
• Build up project team, and prepare both internal and external resources for deployment;
• Communicate with customers to define the project milestones and make delivery plans.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and solve problems;
• Set up strategic targets, and lead the team members to achieve it;
• Control the cost and quality, responsible for timely acceptance of deliveries, and the recognition of revenue;
• Follow up on the application of company regulations to ensure the project implementation is compliant.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree and above, major in telecommunication, electronics, or computer science, etc.
• 5+ years experience in project management fields, experience in telecommunication projects is a must ;
• General knowledge of telecommunication networks, background in RAN, and microwave projects would be preferred.
• Responsible and proactive, excellent communication skills, and good team player;
• Flexible & resilient mindset to create effective strategy and digest stress;
• Proficient in English, as a working language;
• Experience in Chinese companies would be preferred;
• Holder of PMP (or IPMP, or PRINCE2) certificate would be preferred.
