Requisitos:

NOV is a leading company in the oil and gas sector, committed to delivering high-quality services and solutions to its global clientele. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Director, Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the Senior Director, Operations in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and organize local and international events, including logistics, venue arrangements, and attendee management.
  • Manage international business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences.
  • Support in the operationalization of client and Foreign Executives` visits, including coordinating schedules, logistics, and necessary arrangements.
  • Prepare and update reports, including weekly and monthly expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Create and update presentations in PowerPoint, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
  • Provide support in translation and corporate communication, ensuring effective and clear communication across global teams.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
  • Fluency in English for translation and communication support.
