Job Description

Responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of project activities, varying from a portfolio of smaller projects (typically 5-10) to full ownership of a larger scale project. Applies technical leadership skills to deliver successful Capital projects with benchmark capital cost, schedules, communication, and high-quality products which meet their defined success criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Multiple CAPEX projects portfolio including Projects communication and prioritization with the stakeholders and clients; Develop Feasibility request (Ideation, scope development); Funding process to execution and startup support (turn the idea into reality).
• Manage Multiple capital projects from start to end according to site's construction management program to ensure they comply with metrics such as:

• Construction Quality requirements (GMP/ Clean design)
• Construction safety
• Contractors regulatory requirements

Lead and Develop Electrical and/or Mechanical scope, solutions, and systems design.Ensure design, equipment, and process comply with safety, quality standards and are appropriately qualified for intended use, works with Technical Groups to develop and execute protocols.Evaluate equipment and processes to reduce costs and improve production rates, drive simplification through the implementation of digital tools.You will lead directly or indirectly a team of internal and external resources, while supporting and communicating to ensure successful Startup in collaboration with engineering contractors and multifunctional teams.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree desirable in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation.
• Intermediate English.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Live in the city of the position or be available to move.
• Presential work at the plant located in Seropedica (WFH 1 day is available).
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
