About the project:

We are looking for a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our team, focusing on data visualization and reporting within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing data solutions that drive insightful business decisions. You will work closely with data analysts and other stakeholders to create interactive and actionable dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, ETL processes, and data visualization tools, particularly within the Microsoft environment. You will be able to:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards using Power BI.
Work with data analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
Create and manage detailed reports using Power BI Report Builder or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Develop and manage ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and/or Azure Synapse Analytics to ensure efficient data flow and data integrity.
Assist in managing data warehouse environments and optimizing data storage solutions, ensuring high performance and data quality.
Utilize Azure DevOps for code deployment and continuous integration, ensuring smooth implementation of data solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate data solutions.

What will help you succeed in this role:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ Years of experience working with Power BI.
3+ Years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and data engineering.
3+ Years of experience managing data warehouse environments and working with star schema architectures or data lake environments.
3+ Years of experience working with ETL processes over SSIS.
1+ Years of experience working with Power BI Report Builder or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
1+ Years of experience working with Python particularly in data manipulation, scripting, and integration tasks.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or more than 2 years working with Azure Data Factory and/or Azure Synapse Analytics.
Microsoft Certification DP600 – Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate.
Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
