Purpose Carry out and conduct continuous improvement or quality projects, with the aim of improving procedures and all areas in the manufacturing production sector. Key Missions Develop, test and promote the I WAY System; Participate in the creation and documentation of best manufacturing practices and processes; Configure the management system with documented processes; Develop and promote the company's universal visual factory management system; Train operational teams to develop and implement management control tools; Coordinate production flow from order entry to dispatch; Synchronize the flow of information from order entry to dispatch, focusing on the supply chain and production teams; Drive the improvement of information flow between departments (simplified and structured); Assist managers and teams in implementing factory management tools and best practices; Coordinate the implementation of the daily management control system; Provide support to the APU manager for the preparation and presentation of area indicators; Support the operational team to develop visual management; Develop annual target and roadmap for each APU and support transformation project; Train operational managers and supervisors on the OTOP system and company tools. Every employee must observe, comply with and be committed to Safety rules Requirements Advanced conversational English (B2+) is essential Required: Completed Higher Education in Engineering or similar Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Quality or Continuous Improvement / training in Lean Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) Minimum of 3 years of related work experience as Continuous Improvement Supervisor Knowledge In BLACK BELT, GREEN BELT, SIX SIGMA,LEAN SIGMA Availability to work ON SITE ( Rua Soluções do Lar, 407 - Jardim do Rio Cotia, Cotia - SP, 06716-020) We offer Monthly salary and benefits: Health Plan Dental Plan Meal Ticket Grocery Ticket Life Insurance Pension Plan Academy Plan Free UDEMY platform
