We are currently looking to grow our Client Support team with an experienced Client Support Manager. This position is an excellent next step for someone looking to further develop their career in the music distribution and technology space. Our Client Support team comprises people at different levels of seniority, so this position will set you up for future growth opportunities.

Depending on the location of the candidate, the role will be based remotely in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.

What You'll Do:

  • First point of contact for record labels and DSP partners that use our software to distribute music and manage their royalty accounting.
  • Work as part of a larger team that is responsible for the quality of digital releases, which are being sent to digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) worldwide.
  • Maintain organisation of Ops Support (tickets/ emails/ WhatsApp) and approval of albums from top tier clients.
  • Ensure that our Ops team functions are being provided correctly, within the deadline and in compliance with the rules of digital music platforms and FUGA.
  • Ensure all client release content complies with the DSP policies and guidelines.
  • Provide technical support, guide and train users in the use of the FUGA platform and software.
  • Implement Ops processes and monitor client release flow to put in place the right tools for effective management with attention to peak activity periods.

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrable experience in a client facing role in a (music) tech company.
  • A clear passion for music and an affinity with the online music industry.
  • Data driven - knows how to analyse data and put this to use to benefit efficiency.
  • Customer and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills on an international level.
  • An analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Desire to work in a tech-savvy environment and develop new skills.
  • Hard-working, organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Operates well in a team and is comfortable working with an agile management process.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English - Spanish also a plus but not required.
