Requisitos:
Whoosh is a leading electric scooter sharing service, dedicated to providing efficient and sustainable transportation solutions. We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a City Manager for our Rio de Janeiro location.
As the City Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center in Rio de Janeiro. You will be leading a team of drivers, mechanics, and coordinators to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our electric scooter fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters
- Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators
- Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Proven experience in logistics or operations management
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in managing service centers is a plus
- Knowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practices
