As we expand our operations in Peru, we are seeking a skilled Blades Repair Technician to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Blades Repair Technician to be part of our team in Peru. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of wind turbine blades using rope access techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in blade repair, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong problem-solving ability. A valid visa is necessary for this role as it involves working on-site in Peru.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and assessment of wind turbine blades to identify damage or areas requiring repair.
• Execute repairs on wind turbine blades, including but not limited to bonding, patching, and sanding.
• Utilize rope access techniques safely and efficiently to reach turbine blades.
• Work collaboratively with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere strictly to Eosol Group’s safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development to keep updated with the latest repair techniques and technologies in the wind energy sector.
• Assist in training less experienced technicians in blade repair and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wind turbine blade repair or a related field.
• Proficient in rope access techniques and safety measures.
• Knowledge of materials used in blade repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work at heights and in variable weather conditions.
• Strong technical skills coupled with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certifications in rope access and blade repair are preferred.
• An understanding of safety protocols in the wind energy sector.
• Must have a valid visa to work in Peru or be willing to apply for one.
