We are currently seeking a professional to work in Rio de Janeiro who possesses technical skills and fluent English, along with commitment and responsibility. Responsibilities: Phone support to users. Qualification and registration of requests. Transfer and follow-up of escalated requests. Remote support for desktops. Connectivity testing (IP, DNS, DHCP). Antivirus administration. Remote computer updates. Configuration of printers and devices. Execution of maintenance scripts for desktops. Preparation of technical documentation. Required Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. Advanced knowledge of Office and Adobe applications. Basic networking knowledge. Basic server knowledge. Basic knowledge of Active Directory. Skills: Ability to follow processes through document interpretation. Clear, objective, and cordial communication. Ability to research solutions. Responsibility and commitment. Proven experience. Fluent English (mandatory). Desired Certifications: MCP Certification. ITIL Certification.
