The Project Control Analyst is responsible for project creation, maintenance, and ensuring data accuracy of NC/MM projects for the Division. Being single contact for queries relating to the E&B tool and template, NC/MM, and OTL timecard issues. Participate in Project Review Meetings, preparation, and meeting logistics.What You Will Do: Responsibility for setup, modification, and closing NC/MM projects in Oracle upon receipt of proper documentation. Maintain and publish desktop procedures for NC/MM project setup. Publishing the updated Estimating & Bidding Tool and Templates, notifying users of the availability of the updates, and managing access to the updates.

Maintain and publish desktop procedures for the Estimating & Bidding Tool and Templates. Run, distribute, and validate the completeness of routine and ad hoc exception reports and verify that required corrections are required. Participate in project selection with the Division President and PDD. Prepare documentation, coordinate meeting logistics, perform follow up and summarize the Project Review Meeting details. Maintain and publish Project Review Meeting desktop procedures. What You Will Need:Education and Experience Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or recognized equivalent. A minimum of

year of Project Control experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external clients. Knowledge of computerized accounting systems, preferably Oracle. Ability to obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems. Reporting Relationships:The incumbent reports directly to the manager or Supervisor of the assigned department. This position does not have any direct reports.
