As part of the team, you will:
- Collaborate on defining and executing the Talent Search strategy
- Plan alternative recruitment scenarios to meet diverse needs
- Design and validate search practices, selection, and attraction methods
- Provide ideas to enhance selection processes and technology efficiency
- Interview candidates, evaluating qualifications and competencies
- Schedule and confirm technical interviews, and provide candidate follow-up
Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:
- 2+ years of Talent Recruitment experience
- Proficiency with search engines like LinkedIn, StackOverflow, GitHub
- IT Industry head-hunting experience
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Persuasion skills
- Advanced English proficiency
