Job Description

Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits do the component level (resistor, capacitor, diode, IC etc.)

Ensure that all installations, repair, calibrations and modifications to the electrical systems and components are carried out in accordance with company policies and regulatory laws.

Maintain and repair electronic systems in relation to Surface equipment and drilling package instrumentation and electronics.

Carry out installation, calibration and modification to electronic systems and components as per TFMC maintenance standards.

Basic skills in soldering and assembling of electronic and electro/mechanical devices.

Proficient in the use of multi-meters, meggers, testers, and other basic testing and troubleshooting instruments.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.

General technical knowledge in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits, and electro/mechanical devices.

You are meant for this job if:

High School diploma or equivalent.

3+ years’ experience with electrical systems and maintenance

Experience with PLCs, SCRs, and MCCs

Self-driven, focused on customer service, with ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to travel to customer locations and perform work at off-site locations. Hours may vary based on customer demands, some overtime will be required.

Valid driver’s license and must maintain satisfactory MVR in accordance with Company Fleet Policy

Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English

Demonstrates strong mechanical and technological aptitudes

PC Skills with functional knowledge of MS Office products.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to optimize limited resources.
