We are looking for a Product Manager to support various different products for an Entertainment Client. In this role, you would be responsible for meeting with stakeholders to define new features and development. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a US company! Qualifications 5+ years Experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and experience working with vendors. Experience with Figma Strong technology background with a deep understanding of various phases of the software development lifecycle. Highly organized with the ability to work on several projects and tasks in parallel in a fast-paced environment Strong technical background, with experience working closely with engineering teams and a deep understanding of technology and software development processes Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and market trends into concrete product plans Day to Day: Develop and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for a core area of the product, based on a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and senior developers, and business stakeholders to create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize product features and requirements. Be the primary advocate for customers, incorporating their feedback and needs into product decisions and feature prioritization Work closely with engineering to manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. Develop and track key performance metrics for the product, and use data to advise decision-making and optimize product performance Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning Manage product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications. Compensation : $30/hr to $35/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
