Job Summary Client is looking for Lead .Net Consultant who can support remotely Nearshore. Responsibiilities Solid understanding of Object-oriented programming concepts Experience using Visual Studio, TFS Hands-on application development experience using ASP.Net MVC 4/5, C# Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, SSMS and hands-on experience writing queries, store procedures, functions and triggers Ability to work independently on multiple assignments and to work collaboratively within a team This individual must be able to learn current software systems and tools as they relate to the team and IT Bureau as a whole. The successful candidate must have the ability to understand business requirements to then design and develop web applications. Qualifications Strong experience as a Software Engineer (.NET core, Microservices, Kubernetes) Experience with application modernization, for example - was responsible for transforming legacy technologies (.NET framework monolith) to Azure based cloud-native architecture (Azure SQL, .NET 5, Microservices APIs) Experience aiding in development of full true microservice transition Experience building out CI/CD pipelines Experience upgrading .NET APIs to leverage an API proxy for third-party endpoint integration Client Notes You will be able to use the language of your choice from C#, Typescript or Javascript. Pick your strongest language among those. Practice code optimization and finding the most optimal solutions. We’re interested in performance as much as we’re interested in correctness.
