Your skills
Fluent in French, Dutch and conversational English
FAMILIARITY WITH:
Empresa importante technologies (Windows, Windows Server (2016/2019), MS Office 365,
Exchange Server, SCCM)
Knowledge of system security and data backup/ restore.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your Tasks
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer hardware and software in
systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile devices, and Tablets...
throught ticketing systems.
- Provide general desk side support, imaging/ re-imaging PCs and laptops.
- Coordinate with the third-party service provider for timely repair of the system
under the maintenance agreement warranty and repair minor hardware flaws.
- Provide assistance in installing other peripherals likeprinters, scanners,
etc., and cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards,
wired switches, etc.
- Handle stock management.
- Provide smart hands and eyes support led by a remote team for network devices and
servers.
