Description Important Information Location: Brazil Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Work from home Job Summary We are looking for someone who works closely with the product team, the sales teams, the customer success team, the editorial team, and the training team to sell the value proposition, as well as onboard, engage, and delight customers, ensuring high renewal rates, and supporting new customer acquisition all while having a positive outcome on each student’s learning path. This role will help drive and enhance the Agile Software Development Cycle in the company as well. Responsibilities and Duties Performing requirements analysis with Product Managers, Directors, and other stakeholders to drive features and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements; Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions; Performing user acceptance testing; Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance; Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements; Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users; Managing competing resources and priorities; Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies; Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems; Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings; Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts; Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management; Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports; Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff; Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures; Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Essential Skills Experience in business analysis, product owner, or a related field; Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills; The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions; Advanced technical skills; Excellent documentation skills; Thorough understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle; Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills; Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations; Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; A track record of following through on commitments; Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills; Experience leading and developing top-performing teams; A history of leading and supporting successful projects; Good communication skills with different team members and customer representatives; Willingness to learn new technologies, and support other team members. Highly Desirable Skills A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
