Paid Search Manager We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Paid Search Manager to lead our media buying and optimization activities across various search platforms. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $50k monthly while meeting or exceeding client goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing comprehensive paid media strategies, executing and refining paid search advertising campaigns, conducting experiments across the funnel, and presenting insights to clients. Excels in client relations, with the ability to present insights and recommendations while maintaining credibility. Is highly data-driven with a strong analytical mindset. Loves to be creative in crafting campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Can work both independently and collaboratively with a team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search advertising. Is fluent in English. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Paid Search Advertising, managing monthly budgets exceeding $50k and handling 3-8 clients simultaneously. B2C/eCommerce experience is required. B2B experience is a plus. Mastery of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, UAC, etc) is required. Experience with Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Amazon Ads, and Apple Search Ads is a plus. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides for client reporting and audit deck creation. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field. Experience managing Paid Social campaigns is a plus. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to execute campaign strategies across paid search channels, including including (but not limited to) Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, UAC, etc), Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Amazon Ads, and Apple Search Ads. Lead paid search audits for new and existing clients, identifying areas for improvement. Drive the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns tailored to achieve unique growth goals. Optimize the performance of paid search campaigns based on defined KPIs by testing new Audiences, Keywords, Demographics, Bids, Budgets, Ad Placements, and more. Deliver in-depth weekly reports to both internal and external stakeholders, offering clear insights and opportunities for each campaign, target, and creative. Collaborate with media channel owners, the creative team, platform/vendor partners, and key marketing stakeholders to implement best practices across paid search. Be a proactive student of media, staying abreast of advertising trends and leveraging insights to benefit our clients.
