*** Temporary Contract - 24 months with possible extension for more 12 months *** ### Just English CVs will be accepted ### Service Dimension : The designee will provide support to the business/ technical areas in order to ensure Company's regulatory compliance program in what regards the regulatory topics linked to the Brazilian Petroleum Agency (ANP) and that Regulatory Framework is fully achieved throughout the projects. The designee is expected to map and propose improvements to processes and/or changes for labeling and clinical protocol for regulatory compliance. The designee shall interact with the Company's Legal team on the legal aspects of the regulatory matters. Main Activities: The designee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, bearing in mind to preserve the environment and resources by contributing to improve our energy efficiency and decarbonization of Company’s assets and reputation. The designee shall: Develop and propose internal control activities and process mapping. Identify potential gaps in what regards regulatory compliance within business/technical projects. Provide support to the project interfaces & planning the organization's strategic topics on ANP compliance matters. Implement the approved standards and procedures that support the risk management framework and manage the use of E&P Regulatory Management system (Internal IT system in use). Support the preparation of assessment processes, performing exisiting regulatory management system. Execute dynamic upload on ANP systems and give support to technical team to perform when necessary. Propose optimization tasks between departments in order to perform interfaces and response plan toward regulatory framework and obligation´s. Provide support in the management of IBP working groups and other advocacy tasks. Context and Environment: Company holds several licenses in Brazil, being the nominated operator under some of the concession agreements and therefore is subject to a complex and detailed regulation framework. Accountabilities: Supports business / technical areas in establishing and reviewing the department priorities. Monitors multiple complex and/or diverse interfaces projects simultaneously, including projects that involve several functional areas (Operated Assets, Exploration, R&D, and others Technical Departments). Assists in maintaining compliance to ANP regulatory aspects, particularly within new project development, project quality, corrective actions and improvements. Reviews and ensure quality of formal written reports, PowerPoint presentations and documents for distribution within work unit and regions. Supports internal entities to generates regulatory reports connected with ANP obligations. The designee will also collaborate in making sure that the HSE regulatory topics are being duly implemented and observed. Required Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 3 years experience as minimum. Previous experience working within the O&G industry. Capability to work in a transversal and matricial environment with multiple interfaces. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills both in English and Portuguese; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Experience in preparing dashboards is a plus.
