You're a data-driven strategist who can analyze performance and optimize our online presence. You're up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. You have a creative mind that can generate engaging content ideas and improve user experience. You're a team player with excellent communication skills and a knack for collaboration. Your Mission: Develop and implement a comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase our organic search traffic and rankings. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth. Optimize our website and app content including blog posts, landing pages, and product pages for search engines and users alike. Monitor and report on SEO performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO software. Work closely with our content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes and best practices. Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvements. Build and maintain high-quality backlinks. Track and report on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings and conversions. Why Flex?
