OSF Digital is looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join our application support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the performance of existing software code, with duties to write and update software code under contract and direction from the assigned supervisor. The .NET Developer will be attentive to the tickets that are opened and will actively seek further information about the issue from the requester. With the information at hand, you will work on resolving the problem, whether through coding, database modification, or other means. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating the deployment package for the corrections made. Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Engage with requesters to gather additional information and clarify details related to support tickets. Resolve problems through coding, database modification, or other appropriate means. Generate deployment packages for corrections and ensure proper implementation. Maintain and improve the performance of existing software. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues. Design and update software database under the direction of a supervisor. Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization. Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary. Requirements: Strong knowledge in .NET Framework and SQL Server (Design, Query, Procedures, Views, Reporting Services, etc). Proficiency in ASP.NET WebForms and experience with TFS. Intermediate level English proficiency. Good communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a team. Desirable knowledge in Classic ASP and .NET Core. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably GIT. Proven experience as a .NET Developer or in a similar role. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
